<\/a><\/p>\nAt the Paris est Ludique game fair, i received yesterday from Martin Vidberg, who has designed it, the first “golden potato”. This new award is supposed to be given every year to a personality of the boardgame world – not necessarily a game designer – as an acknowledgment of all his work. I’m glad I got it, but it also feels a bit scary. When someone gets an award for his whole work, it usually means this work is considered over. It can even be a way to have him understant and accept it!<\/em><\/p>\nWell. At the moment, I still have half a dozen games in the pipe for the coming months, and I might even design a few more. I even think my two last published ones, Speed Dating and Mascarade, are the best ones I did so far.
