Il y a des jeux qui prennent des ann\u00e9es de retard, et d’autres qui arrivent plus vite que pr\u00e9vu. J’ai donc \u00e9t\u00e9 pris de vitesse, car je n’attendais que dans quelques mois Animotion<\/em><\/strong>, la nouvelle version d’Animal Suspect, <\/em>l’un des deux jeux d’ambiance que j’avais imagin\u00e9 avec Nathalie Grandperrin. D’ailleurs, je n’ai m\u00eame pas d’image des cartes, j’ai juste deux fichiers, le devant et l’arri\u00e8re de la boite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Animotion<\/em> est un jeu de mime idiot mais tr\u00e8s rigolo. Sur la table se trouvent six cartes avec des noms d’animaux – par exemple P\u00e9lican, Singe, Loup, Mouton, Dragon<\/em> et \u00c9l\u00e9phant<\/em>, plac\u00e9es sous six jetons (ou peut-\u00eatre six cartes, je ne sais plus ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalement choisi) num\u00e9rot\u00e9s de 1 \u00e0 6, et de m\u00eame six cartes indiquant des \u00e9motions – par exemple en col\u00e8re, excit\u00e9, endormi, qui a envie de faire pipi, serein, amus\u00e9<\/em>. Un joueur lance secr\u00e8tement deux d\u00e9s, et apprend ainsi, par exemple, qu’il est un p\u00e9lican qui a envie de faire pipi,<\/em> ou un \u00e9l\u00e9phant endormi<\/em>. Il doit alors mimer, simultan\u00e9ment, l’animal et l’\u00e9motion, les autres joueurs essayant de deviner. C’est tout, mais c’est franchement amusant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paru il y a une dizaine d’ann\u00e9es chez Gigamic<\/em> sous le nom d’Animal Suspect<\/a>,<\/em> <\/strong>dans une \u00e9dition purement francophone et assez luxueuse, le jeu est de retour chez Spielwiese<\/em> dans une version plus modeste et donc moins ch\u00e8re, avec des cartes en quatre langues, fran\u00e7ais, allemand, anglais et espagnol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some games can be delayed for years, other ones arrive faster than expected. That’s the case with <\/em>Animotion<\/strong>, the new edition of <\/em>Animal Suspect, one of the two party games I designed with Nathalie Grandperrin. I even don’t have a picture of the cards, I’ve just the front and back of the box. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Animotion<\/strong> is a light and fun mime game. Six animal cards – for example <\/em>Pelican, Monkey, Wolf, Sheep, Dragon and<\/em> Elephant – and six empotion cards – for example <\/em>angry, excited, needs to have a pee, serene, sleepy and<\/em> amused – next to six tokens (or is it six cards, I don’t know what was finally chosen) numbered one to six. A player secretly rolls two dice and learns that they are, for example, the pelican who needs to have a pee, or the sleepy elephant. They must mime, simultaneously, both the animal and the emotion, while the other players try to guess them. That’s all, and that’s fun. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This game was published about ten years ago by Gigamic, as Animal Suspect<\/a><\/strong>,but only in French. It is now back in a four language edition – cards are in French, English, Spanish and German – published by Spielwiese. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
